Institute Director. He earned a Ph.D. in Education and Master's of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Idaho, as well as a Master's of Education from the Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Portland State University, with a minor in Psychology. Prior to fulltime CES employment he was a Smokejumper for the U.S. Forest Service, served in the U.S. Navy and is currently in the Navy Reserve. He served a mission for the LDS Church to the Texas, Dallas Mission, and married his sweetheart, Amie Beth Potter, in the Denver, Colorado Temple, they have four children.
Ryan P Webb
Grew up in northern Utah and married KaDawn in May of 2002. Ryan graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Literary Studies, and a Masters degree in Educational Technology from the University of Utah. Brother Webb is currently working on his dissertation for a doctorate degree in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in Religion. Ryan and KaDawn have six children and love to travel and play all sports. The Webbs are thrilled to be in North Carolina.
